Estimates and Payments

Estimates are based on the scope of work, materials, labor, and access conditions at the property. The final price may change if the actual work differs from what was discussed during booking or the initial walkthrough. Payment terms are provided before work begins. Payment is due as agreed unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If a crew has already been dispatched or materials have been purchased, a fee may apply.

Items or Conditions We Cannot Work With

We do not work with hazardous or restricted materials. This includes asbestos, mold beyond safe levels, fuels, chemicals, biohazard items, or anything prohibited by local or federal law. Unsafe or non compliant conditions may result in modification or cancellation of the project.

Care and Liability

We complete all work with care and professionalism. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Buddemeyer Construction Corporation LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If liability is found, it is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or project.
